Construction

Guardsman A subtly different approach utilising hollow sections and tubular infills provides a fencing system which offers a visually attractive appearance with strength and security.

This unique design offers a fencing system which allows the post and Panel joint to be made without the need for fixings of any kind.

The mass block and sleeve connection makes it virtually impossible to dismantle the fence without the need for noisy mechanical equipment.

Security

The vertical infills are welded at their intersection points with the top and bottom horizontal rails to provide a strong and rigid panel construction offering optimum strength.

The method of construction offers ease and speed of erection of the product on site.

Guardsman Railing systems can be supplied to easily accommodate site conditions which require Raking or Stepping of panels.

Posts are available for bolting down to concrete pads, or for fixing to the rear of walls where difficult site conditions exist.

strong and offer an unusually high
level of deterrence.

The section is cut to a steep slope
reducing foothold area.

Long System Life

Hot Dip Galvanising to BS 729. Panel construction ensures that internal surfaces are galvanised for even longer life.

Optionally followed by a 7 stage cleaning and Zinc phosphate conversion process prior to the application of architectural grade Polyester Powder Coating.

Choice of Colours

A wide choice of colours can be specified from both the British Standard and RAL ranges.

Corporate colour schemes can usually be provided.

Finish

Hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 after the fabrication process has been completed to ensure complete protection.

Polyester Powder coating can also be specified with a choice of over 100 RAL and British Standard colours. The utilisation of architectural grade polyester powder provides a pleasing appearance with additional protection to the galvanised substrate. Powder coated to BS 1722 part 16 or BS 6497 where specified by the client.
